Psalm 15
Psalm 104
Officiant | O God, make speed to save us. |
All | O Lord, make haste to help us. |
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |
Psalm 15 O LORD, who may dwell in your tabernacle? *
Who may abide on your holy hill?
He who walks with integrity and does what is righteous *
and speaks truth in his heart;
He who does not slander with his tongue
and does no evil to his neighbor, * nor casts slurs against his fellow man;
In whose eyes a vile person is despised, *
but who honors those who fear the LORD;
who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change; Who lends his money without interest
and does not take a bribe against the innocent. * He who does these things shall never be shaken.

Psalm 104
104:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul! |
All | Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |
The Lessons
A voice says, “Cry out!” And I said, “What shall I cry?” All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, and the flower fades when the breath of the Lord blows upon it. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers, and the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. Isaiah 40:6-8
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:16-17
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but do not have love, I gain nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:2-3 |

THE PRAYERS
Officiant | Lord, have mercy |
All | Christ, have mercy |
Lord, have mercy | |
All | Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen. |
Officiant | Lord, hear our prayer |
All | And let our cry come to you. |
Heavenly Father, send your Holy Spirit into our hearts, to direct and rule us according to your will, to comfort us in all our afflictions, to defend us from all error, and to lead us into all truth; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. |
Officiant | Let us bless the Lord. |
All | Thanks be to God. |
Officiant | The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all evermore. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14 |
